2. Portfolio Submission & Screening
You submit your property portfolio, and we evaluate each site for technical viability, energy potential, and financial performance. We identify which locations are suitable for:
Site leases (we own the system and pay you)
Ownership models (you finance and retain tax credits)
Power Purchase Agreements (you or your tenants buy discounted solar energy)

3. Preliminary Proposal & Financial Modeling
Qualified sites receive a tailored recommendation package including:
System type (solar, EV, battery, or hybrid)
Proposed structure (lease, PPA, or ownership)
Modeled economics: lease income, tenant savings, tax credits, or PPA rates
Summary of incentives, including Federal ITC and MACRS depreciation (if applicable)

4. Site Inspections & Final Proposal
After initial alignment, our engineers conduct detailed site inspections to confirm design feasibility. If re-roofing is needed, we include this in our lease or PPA options at no cost to you. We then present a final proposal including:
System specifications
Refined financials
Final deal terms
Project timeline and execution roadmap

5. Lender and HOA Approvals (If Applicable)
We coordinate with lenders and HOA boards to secure required approvals. Our legal team prepares all necessary documentation and supports you throughout this process.
6. Permitting & Procurement
Our team handles all permitting and utility interconnection applications with the appropriate local and state agencies. In parallel, we source equipment (panels, chargers, batteries) from Tier 1 manufacturers with long-term performance guarantees.
7. Roof Work (If Required)
For systems requiring re-roofing, we survey the roof to determine the appropriate system/membrane. Choose from our roofing partners or incorporate your preferred roofing contractor into our process.

8. System Installation
We install solar panels, EV chargers, and/or batteries with minimal disruption. Our licensed crews ensure that all systems meet NEC, UL, and fire code standards. All systems are installed with performance guarantees and can be paired with long-term service contracts.
9. Tenant Enrollment (for Net Metering & PPA Sites)
For properties with direct-billed tenant utility accounts, we offer virtual net metering options where tenants can opt in to buy discounted power. Our digital platform handles tenant outreach, enrollment, billing, and reporting—creating savings for residents, green marketing opportunities and additional revenue for ownership.
10. Monitoring & Maintenance
Every system we install is remotely monitored and regularly maintained to ensure peak performance. Lease and PPA clients receive full service and performance reporting. Ownership clients can opt into our maintenance program or manage their own service.
11. Buy-Back & Exit Options
At the end of the lease or PPA term, you may choose to:
Purchase the system at fair market value
Extend the agreement with updated terms
Have the system removed at no cost
Ownership clients retain full control over system disposition at all times.
